Shipping with care

Dear Folio sells objects that are small, tactile, and easy to gift, so shipping should feel considered too. Orders are prepared with care and packed so notebooks, journals, and binders arrive clean, protected, and ready to use or give.

Processing time

Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days after order processing. During busier periods, such as holidays or event seasons, preparation may take a little longer.

Shipping rates

Free U.S. shipping is offered on orders over $50. Final shipping rates and available destinations are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent when available. Delivery timing can vary by destination, carrier, weather, and seasonal volume.

Retail and event orders

If you are ordering for a bookstore counter, gallery shop, workshop, welcome table, or event, please contact us before placing a larger order. Timing and availability matter more when the products are tied to an opening date, retreat, conference, or display plan.

When something needs attention

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the next step.
