What makes Dear Folio different from a general stationery shop?

Dear Folio is a curated edit, not a crowded catalog. We choose paper goods for table presence, tactile appeal, useful formats, and the kind of quiet detail that belongs in bookstores, gallery shops, destination retail, workshops, and thoughtful gift moments.

Are these products for personal shoppers or retail/event buyers?

Both. A personal shopper can buy a single journal or binder for everyday use or gifting. A retail or event buyer can use the same assortment as a starting point for a bookstore counter, gallery-shop table, welcome bag, workshop desk, or destination gift display.

How should I choose between the three launch pieces?

• Cafe M5 Refillable Binder: choose this for practical pocket notes, receipts, lists, and reusable organization.
• Vintage Window Hardcover Journal: choose this for a polished lined journal with gift and display appeal.
• Ins Nepal Journal: choose this for a compact, tactile, Nepal-inspired keepsake journal.

Are inserts included with the Cafe M5 Refillable Binder?

The Cafe M5 Refillable Binder is offered in Cover Only and With Inserts options. Choose the insert option if you want it ready to use. Choose cover-only if you already have compatible M5 refills.

What size is the Vintage Window Hardcover Journal?

The Vintage Window Hardcover Journal is 140 x 195 mm. It is a comfortable mid-size: large enough for real writing, compact enough for gifting, travel, bookstore counters, and gallery tables.

Can the Ins Nepal Journal be described as handmade, Lokta, or made in Nepal?

Not yet. Dear Folio uses conservative wording: Nepal-inspired textured journal. We will not claim handmade production, Lokta paper, sustainability, or specific origin details unless documentation supports it.

Do you offer wholesale, bulk, or event assortments?

Dear Folio is designed with retail and event use in mind. For bookstore, gallery, destination retail, workshop, retreat, or welcome-table inquiries, contact us with your preferred products, rough quantity, destination, and timing. We will review availability and help shape a focused assortment.

Can these be customized?

Customization is not promised at this stage. If you are planning an event or retail program, tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm what is realistic before suggesting anything.

How does Dear Folio think about product claims?

Carefully. We care about beautiful product storytelling, but not at the expense of truth. If a claim is not documented, we leave it out. Taste matters; honesty matters more.
