For product questions

Please include the product name, color or design, and what you are trying to confirm. Useful details include size, page layout, inserts, refill compatibility, paper feel, display use, or whether a piece is right for gifting.

For retail and event inquiries

Tell us the setting, rough quantity, destination, timing, and the feeling you want the table or gift moment to have. A bookstore counter, exhibition shop, retreat table, and destination welcome bag all need slightly different paper goods.

For order support

Please include your order number and the email used at checkout so we can locate the order quickly. If the question is about damage or an incorrect item, include clear photos of the item and packaging.
