Returns should be simple and fair

Dear Folio wants every notebook, journal, and binder to feel as good in person as it looked on the page. If a piece is not right for you, unused items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

What can be returned

Items should be unused, unmarked, and returned with any included inserts, accessories, closures, or packaging that came with them. Please do not write in, test, mark, bend, or alter an item you plan to return.

How to start a return

Contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the request so we can provide the correct next step.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Paper goods are detail-sensitive; photos help us understand what happened and resolve the issue more quickly.
